Yoga Instructor

In 2011, a very good friend of mine stumbled upon a Groupon for a 26 +2 hot yoga class (formerly known as 'Bikram Yoga') at a studio in a neighboring town. After the first class, I was hooked! I continued a consistent practice and became certified through another local studio as a 26 + 2 instructor in 2015. Here, I began to find more of an awareness of my life's passion, which is to help others find and reach their fullest potential.
