Life Coach + Tutor

I received my certification as a Certified Integrative Life Coach through the Institute for Integrative Intelligence in 2023, with a specialty in coaching teens and young adults. What a beautiful experience this was! Life coaching is so much more than what is portrayed on TV, in movies, and through the media. Although there are similarities to therapy and counseling, coaching does not diagnose or treat. Rather, it is a way to plan, talk out, and carve a path that meets an individual's goals. My coaching focuses on incorporating all facets of a person, tailoring to their specific needs and wants. This, in turn, has helped my practice as an educator and tutor, blending aspects of coaching with teaching for a more personalized experience. I obtained my Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) through ICF (International Coaching Federation) in January of 2025 and would love the opportunity to coach with you!
